Backups

Futurists

The IT Solutions team are true futurists. We are constantly analyzing current conditions in the industry and making changes to improve reliability and security for our customers before they have problems, not after. Our biggest one came in 2019, two years before July 2, 2021, Kaseya VSA breach that led to the largest ransomware attack in history.

IT Solutions was not satisfied with Kaseya’s security in the cloud, so we moved our server instance for Kaseya VSA from the cloud to our own data center putting it behind our security to protect it from the Threat Actors.

The Kaseya breach impacted thousands of companies and an estimated 1 million devices in 17 different countries. None of IT Solutions’ customers were negatively affected by this attack because we proactively protected our customers and us.
