    IT Solutions manages computer networks and other technology for small to medium-size businesses in Eastern Iowa and beyond. We are located in North Liberty, right off I-380, and have been in business for 37 years.

    We are currently hiring a Office Manager & Bookkeeper. This person hired for this position will be the team member responsible for managing most of the non-technical office work. This consists of basic accounting including accounts payable & accounts receivable, shipping and receiving, vendor management, license reconciliation and management and other similar duties.

    While we do use QuickBooks, less than 20% of the time at this position will be in QuickBooks. Time Tracking, Customer Ticketing, Customer Contracts, Monthly Billing and more is in our PSA. We are willing to train the right person on how to use this, but the right person will be someone that can and wants to learn & master new computer software quickly. This position also requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.

    At IT Solutions, our primary focus is taking care of our customers technology needs, and as long as we are getting that done as a team, small changes such as those listed above, are generally not a problem.
